“One of the shoes in the pair was old and damaged — perhaps used and returned and never checked for quality. GH Bass is a reputed company but their methods of reparation are no different than a mid-level fast fashion brand. All they could offer me for the shoes I really wanted to have was free returns! Really expected better.”

As explained in our communications, unfortunately, as this was a sale item, we had not stock to ship a replacement to you. There were also not similar styles in stock, to offer a different item of same value.
So on this occasion, all we could do was a return for a full refund.
