“I was very disappointed with my order. The shoes arrived in a clearly used condition, the soles were scuffed, and there was dried mud embedded in the writing on the bottom. The packaging was completely inadequate. The shoe box was ripped and had been placed inside a plastic bag that was far too small to fully enclose it, leaving the box exposed and damaged during transit. This experience did not meet basic expectations for quality control or packaging. Immediately returned”

As mentioned when you contacted us, we assured you that the shoes had not been worn, but possibly tried on and returned previously.
We have spoken to our warehouse regarding the use of a small bag for a large shoe box, to avoid this happening again in the future.
