“These shoes did not look exactly like I thought they would have - I hadn't realised the heel was a rubber-type material.
However, I still liked them and would have kept them had I been able to get my foot inside the shoe. Unfortunately, these were absurdly narrow, even for someone like me who has very slim feet. Such a shame. I understand we want the shoe to last but these are unrealistically narrow.”
