“I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing Glowming Coffee. I ordered two packages of 10, delivered on 28 July, and to my surprise the expiry date on both was 02/08/25, 10 days after I received the parcel.
I raised this issue almost a month ago through email and other channels, but no proper solution has been provided. A replacement was promised, but it was never delivered. At this point, I am left without the product I paid for, no refund, and no accountability from the company.
Selling products so close to expiry and then failing to resolve the matter is unacceptable. One customer may not matter to them, but for me it means wasted money and lost trust. I will not be purchasing from Glowming Coffee again, and I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering.”
