“Wer sich in Ketose befindet - und das wirst du erfühlen bzw. erfahren - braucht nicht unbedingt tägliche Messungen der Keton- und Blutzuckerwerte. Ebenso seltener Nachmessen braucht man bei einem wöchentlichen oder monatlichen Wechsel zwischen ketogener und normaler (low carb) Ernährungsweise. Von daher ist das Kit mit 50/50 Streifen und 100 Lanzetten optimal.”
