“Although it seems to be doing its job, the taste is not so good specially if used with pure almond beverage (no sugars, no rice, no cerals / carbs). It is not so easy to blend with the liquid. It would be nice to have information on the amount to use, i suppose it is one measuring cup at a time.”

“Normaal drink ik een shake op de fitness. Bij mijn overschakeling naar een Ketogene levensstijl is dit al wat moeilijker. Er worden meestal suikers toegevoegd aan de shake. Dit is hier niet het geval. Het is lekker en het helpt bij mijn spieropbouw. Zo mag je er nog maken.”
