“Keto sticks have very large measuring intervals that do not make sense. Rarely one gets over 4mmol/L and they have these intervals: 0-0.5, 0.5-1.5, 1.5-4.0, 4.0-8.0, 8.0-16.0 mmol/L. I would prefer a more refined 0.5-4.0 region, and perhaps one or two intervals above that to check extreme ketosis or medical concerns. Glucose intervals are ridiculously and non-sensically low. The intervals are 0-5, 5-15, 15-30, 30-60, 60-110 mmol/L. Note normal glucose values are around 4-6.3 mmol/L and half of their intervals are over 15. This doesn't make any sense. They should have like 0-3, 3-4.5, 4.5-5.5, 5.5-6, 6-8, 8-11, 11-. If someone is on ketosis (s)he can better get a blood meter. These are only supposed to last for 6 months after opening and it basically doesn't give any more insight than feeling that someone is on ketosis. Cross-checked with blood meter and the keto-values were correct. Of course Glucose levels are always at the lowest bracket, so I do not even know why they include glucose reading.”
