Bonjour Diouf, Merci pour avoir pris le temps de nous laisser un commentaire. Nous sommes désolés que vous trouvez notre pain keto si sec. Le fait qu'il soit sec peut signifier que y: - Trop d'eau a été ajouté au mix préfait - La temperature de votre four est trop élevée - Le pain a été laissé plus que sufisament de temps dans le four Faitres bien attention à la forme de votre pain, il doit être bien volumineux, sinon en effet il risque de sécher plus facilement s'il a été modelé trop applati.
