“Reçu rapidement, bon produit, emballage soigné, mon seul bémol c'est que j'ai trouvé l'appareil un peu difficile à configurer, (enfin je n'ai pas toujours compris ce que je validais au juste) mais il est livré avec des flyers qui expliquent comment faire. La lancette fonctionne bien, c'est plus une question d'habitude à prendre. Il est facile à utiliser une fois qu'on a pris le coup avec le prélèvement de sang.”

“Le go-keto ketone glucose meter , cet appareil est arrivé dans mon colis tout rayé, j'en déduis qu'il n'est pas neuf alors que j'ai payé pour un appareil neuf au prix fort. JE SUIS TRÈS EN COLÈRE ET DÉÇUE DU SERVICE CLIENT, CAR IL NE RÉPONDE PAS AUX MAILS. UNE CHOSE EST SÛRE C'EST QUE FINALEMENT JE NE COMMANDERAI PLUS RIEN SUR CE SITE. JE ME SUIS CLAIREMENT FAIT AVOIR. J'AI ÉTÉ ABUSÉE. J'ai écrit un récapitulatif le 12 octobre 21 car finalement l'appareil était en bon état simplement la face était recouverte d'un plastique tellement invisible que je pensais que l'écran était rayé. Le service client a été réactif, très sympa et toujours prêt à vous apporter leur aide si vous ne comprenez pas quelque chose.”

“Comment effacer un seul résultat ? Faut-il changer la fiche code avant chaque prise de mesure différente glycémie ou cétone ou une seule fois par nouveau flacon puis retirer cette fiche pour les utilisations suivantes ?”
