“The product is good but doesn’t come in widths. I'm pretty sure most European companies don't offer that. It's a shame because one width does not fit all. The shoes came in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping them back was a bit of a nightmare. Shipping back from the USA is unbelievably expensive. Luckily I contacted Julia, in customer support, who helped me purchase a return label from the company saving me about 1/2 in shipping fees. She deserves a big fat raise, great person, very kind and helpful. I think I'll wait until Goral has a USA return address, and offers widths, before I try to purchase again. I cost me over $100 to try on a pair of shoes; not economical for me. If you wear a generic European sized shoe, then it's probably worth giving them a try; just be absolutely sure of your European sizing.”
