“I started using these to help support my wrist, which suffered a small injury, as I continued to train, rehab, and play some volleyball. They did a good job of keeping the wrist from moving in ways which would have caused me pain or worsened my injury otherwise. They are fairly comfortable and can be worn for hours at a time, although I do find myself tightening or loosening them throughout that time period. Not sure how much I will continue to use these after my wrists are back to 100%, but definitely good to have these around in case I need them.”
