“At first i was skeptical about these. But, after some usage I think that they help a lot, with stabilization and keeping the joints warm, especially if you lift heavy everyday. The pressure created gives you the cue to tighten the arms and thus lifting better. These are great for any pushing movements, mostly enhancing strenght on the elbows. Good materials and easy to clean. It comes with it's own bag to store it and a booklet with further instructions. The measurements for the sizes is on point aswell.”
