“So excited to get these and on arrival I was Disappointed to be honest, they include two spare black screw covers but three of them that were on the parallettes were broke already, so even using the spares I got a screw showing,
The legs aren’t evenly spaced, (and it’s taken a while to get them level)
and the ‘Gornation’ etching is only on one of the parallettes.
I was going to get the pro pair too, but I’ll make them myself now.
UPDATE : Gornation offered me £21 refund or one parellette, of course I chose the parallette, included was a pair of Gornation wrist straps which was nice gift, (although I won’t use them as I have skinny wrists and it’s a stiff material so bulky) Can’t fault their commitment in solving this problem, as they should because these are considered premium quality hence the cost. But their customer service was impressive, swift and informative.
Am I sorry I bought them? No, if everything had gone without the quality control issue on the parellettes I would have been very happy. At least Right now I am very happy. I’ve fallen into the trap of trying to save money on cheap items before and always end up having to buy other products and spending more, but with these I can say they do the job perfectly, they are sturdy and seem as though they will last. So Thankyou Gornation (still made my own lower ones though)”
