This dish was nicely seasoned and had a good taste of salmon. The addition of walnuts and mushrooms was a non conventional addition but added to the flavour and texture.

VG fish but potatoes a bit soggy. too much "sauce" after defrosting.

Not really what I was expecting and not like a classic Mornay that I've had before...it ain't pretty, BUT it is pretty tasty. Not one I would serve to kids. I split with hubby. Quite rich. The suggestion to serve leafy side salad should be taken as a very strong suggestion. Mix it in to Lots of green salad leaves to break up the richness and a few tart mini tomatoes. Ok for something different but not likely kto be a regular favourite.

I love this one, it's the best thing you make but why are you now serving it in a plastic container? When it's microwaved the yummy topping goes soggy. Needs to go back to being in a foil container so it can be put in the oven to get that nice crunchy top. Can't figure out the logic in your packaging. It seems strange the flourless lemon cake with icing is in a foil container with the instructions "Allow to defrost naturally. No heating required. Serve at room temperature " yet some things that would be better in foil containers are not..
