“It's disappointing when you organise a certificate as a gift it gets send as a random email with hard to understand content. It would be so much more professional and pleasant to look at if it was a formal certificate attached to an email stating congratulations.
If the email is printed out to put in a card it is embarrassing as it is so unprofessional.”
