“These shoes are amazing (I repurchased the proper size in store) but I’ve been trying to return these exact shoes for a month. Only twice has someone ever answered the phone or emailed me back. Returns portal doesn’t work properly in Canada. They say they well send me a prepaid postage link and I’ve never received it. The online return portal doesn’t even recognize my order number. Not good!”
