“After an awful experience with GDefy in November - Ordered more shoes last week and money taken, label swiftly printed, details of shipment sent to FedEx (fantastic service) - then nothing. After much messaging to the chatbot (who assured all was well) I finally hear the shoes I want are not available and to choose a different style. So I am actually the proud owner of a very expensive shipping label at this time. Danielle and Ava (who I believe are the only humans there) - if you’re reading this, escape from this terrible terrible company! I certainly don’t blame you guys and hope you have a Merry Christmas. But seriously - this company is going downhill fast. Why then am I persevering? Why didn’t I cut and run after the first painful refund? Cos the shoes are actually really good! And it’s the time of miracles and hope - you never know, I may still get a pair of shoes that really help with my heel pain. I’m guessing the company is up to its ears in issues and the recent legal case has impacted hard. The owner has seemingly abandoned it to its rapid demise and I can only guess the chaos in the warehouse. So so sad.”
