“I'm bummed. I love the looks of the shoe and they are very well built. However, they are very uncomfortable for me. I have a very bad ankle (it might need to be surgically replaced) and these shoes didn't offer the support that I needed. Regretfully, I would like to return them. Can you please explain the process.
