“The size 8 Corrective Fit insole does not even fit inside the size 8 XLR8 Run Shoe. I am wearing the shoe without an insole and it is terribly uncomfortable. I tried returning the shoes but the electronic return form "grayed out" when I entered the shoe fit ran small. Don't advertise you accept returns when you make it impossible to do so. I am a repeat customer, and I'm reconsidering buying from your website again. There is human customer service, only a chat feature with a computer.”
