“I think these shoes are great and do a wonderful job for what it’s intended to do.
However, my order was not what it should have been in that these shoes turned out to be too big. Instead of a size 10 W, I should have ordered a size 9.5 W. I am consequently tripping over the end of my shoes because they’re simply too long. I have to make a serious effort to lift up my feet when walking so that I don’t trip over the front end of my shoes because they simply stick out too far from the end of my toes. I just need to exchange these size 10 W to a size 9.5 W and I think in so doing they will be just right.
So, how do I go about having these same shoes sent out to me in size 9.5 W, (where once received, I can use that box to ship back to you these size 10 W shoes)?
P.S. My size 10 W have almost never been used but just a couple of times and l as though they’ve never been worn (i.e. can easily be resold to a new owner without having to recondition them in any way). Please let me know next steps.
