“Really disappointed when I ordered the same size as all the other styles in the past and these are way to large, and I don't like the style. I want to exchange for another style but am told I can't do that, I was also told to return them I have to go line to fill our a from to get return order and I'm 80 years old and I can 't do all that. What happened to customer service?”
