“Extremely Disappointed with Exchange Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with Gdefy. I went for an exchange and even ordered an additional pair of shoes. After placing the order, I kept waiting for over 40 days without any update. When I finally called customer support, I was shocked to learn that the delay was due to a technical glitch on their end.
What’s worse is that no one informed me about this issue during all that time—I had to reach out myself to find out. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to value its customers. The lack of communication and accountability made the entire process stressful and disappointing.
I hope Gdefy improves its systems and customer service because this experience was far from satisfactory.”
