“So fresh out the box the shoe is very stylish the inserts ( i didnt recieve instructions) are a very nice touch although when the word customizable is used i wish I knew how. That didnt hamper me though. On my feet the shoes are literally the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I work in Healthcare and on my feet in excess of 12 hours these shoes def make life easier. And if I may add you guys are underselling but your loss is my gain. Thank you”
