“Damaged in shipment never received. Company never followed up on damaged shipment. Shipping company claimed they were following instructions from Shipper to not deliver a damaged box. Contacted shipper - disconnected from customer service 5 times before getting a rep. Wanted to have shoes reshipped. Advised by customer service that was not possible - they would refund and I would have to reorder. What?!? Too bad, I would have liked to try your shoes. I will purchase from another company that values my patronage, thats definitley not Gdefy.”
