“I imagine the shoes would've been comfortable had they been sized correctly. They were at least half an inch longer and wider than any of my other three pairs of GD shoes. The return process was full of errors and broken links. I ended up giving the shoes to my granddaughter who wears an 8.5. They fit her just fine, they were even roomy on her. I should've looked at the reviews first. The vast majority referred to the sizing being wrong AND the return portal not working. Your shoes are great, but your customer service and descriptions need work.”
