“I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from Gravity Defyer with 2-day shipping, but my order was delayed and took 3 extra days to arrive. When the shoes finally came, they weren’t even my size.
I reached out to customer service to request an exchange, and instead of helping, they told me I had to do it online. The problem? Their website is down, and they couldn’t even tell me when it would be working again.
This whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. A company that can’t honor its shipping promises, sends out the wrong size, and then leaves customers with no way to make an exchange is not reliable.
