“Although these seem like wonderful shoes and I took the advice of some others and I ordered a smaller size, they are still too big for me. I am so disappointed. I am NOT a returner as I HATE the hassel of returning things, BUT....I normally wear a 10 woman's and I ordered a woman's 9.5....only to have them swimming on me. I wore them for a day to get use to them and I tripped several times over the toes being longer than I am used to. I added the extra insole and it helped a little. I then tightened up the laces, and they are still too long and wide for me. It is as though I received men's shoes, even though they say women's.”
