“ordered in my usual gdefy size, but these were about 1-1/2 inches longer. Every phone call was with a robot, and when I finally spoke to a representative and asked for a return label, they only provide through email. When I said I do not have a printer, the representative told me to "go ask someone else to print it for you" Very unprofessional”
