“In my opinion Hozelock should give up making this Auto Reel with 10m hose. On the website it was marked new and it was green their new colour so I thought it would be the latest design, Mistake!! The reel does not have layered control and it doesn't even retract properley. My wife spent 5 minutes yesterday trying to get the hose back inside the cover.. I have complained to Garden Mall explaining that the Hose Reel had been opened and no packaging was available and received a returns form by email after a girl spent ten minutes finding out what I should do next. When I recieved the returns form It states in Bold lettering that the item must be in the original packaging unused and in a resalable condition. As the packaging was already damaged and the Hose is fitted on the wall of our bungalow this would be impossible, so it looks like I am stuck with a useless Hozelock Auto Hose Reel that is not Automatic.
If anyone reads this I would recommend they DO NOT BUY this hose reel”
