“This one is a little difficult one because when it is delivered it is inevitably tangled a bit. There is not much that can be done by the deliverer as their responsibility is to send it unharmed. And it arrived unharmed :) But opening the branches requires some patience, and expect for some of the hearts to fall off. It is a really cute plant though”
