“Group produces an amazing product. For our church, particularly given the size of our program (180 kids per night this year), we do not use many of the options provided. For instance, we don't use: opening skit, sticky scripture, separate time for the kid-vids (we encorporate into Craft time), Imagination Station (we do our own crafts),and we show our own candids at the Closing. So, why do we use Group? The Storytelling, the Music, and, usually, the Closing demos. However, recently, I have not loved the music. In fact, we tried hard NOT to do SCUBA this year. But, when we looked elsewhere, we decided to do SCUBA...but we added songs from a prior VBS. These songs were more on point to the theme AND they were much more fun. The Group music has become repetitive and contain "lazy" motions for the kids. Looking for more excitement. Case in point, the songs from last year (Stellar) were not well remembered by the kids this year. But, they remembered and requested songs from Food Truck Party 2022.”

“Loved the new Sticky Scriptures station. It was so much better than the previous KidVid videos. Kids enjoyed the interactive nature of it and I loved that they learned how to get into a Bible and find verses in them. The activities seemed to help them remember the verses better as well. We had a great week andsaw 7 children accept Christ as Savior.”

“it would be SO much easier if everyone was in one spot as far as everything digitally. i think i had 6 different logins to 6 different websites and i just could not keep up with it all. so if theres an easier way to do that i would be much appreciated. I am a smaller church, so doing 5 in a crew doesn't work for us, so bigger crew options would also be more helpful.”

“We had a fantastic SCUBA VBS! From big, bright decorations, to a variety of fun ways to learn about Jesus, the easy to follow program, and mixed small crews, worked for us! Also, thanks to Group for responding quickly to questions, and for VBS PRO which was very helpful with the admin. tasks. It was good to get scripture into the hands our our families by sending home the fun, colorful book of John, and the great bible buddies with a bible verse on their bases. Thanks!”

“Scuba VBS was great! Loved the streamlined materials needed, much less needed to purchase and the crew teaching kits were so easy! I would have liked a way to publicize next years VBS theme to the campers this year, I looked for a prinable poster, clipart or handout but could not find anything.”

“Scuba VBS was an exciting week of our year! The material was perfect for our volunteers as they jumped in to lead the kids in their areas. Everything they needed was explained and scripted out for them to lead with excellence. The volunteers were encouraged and excited to be part of the participant's experience at Scuba VBS and the kids went home talking about all the fun they had as they explored scripture and learned more about how much Jesus loves them!
