“First I have to say I had a pretty complex order, I wanted to get the holiday gift box...I had already paid for just the cologne without adding the name on the bottle and adding the duffel bag along with the samples. I told the customer service angel I didn’t need the samples since I had just received all six in my starter kit they did the express shipping at no additional cost since I didn’t need the samples so I’d get it in time to put under the tree and they didn’t disappoint. I ordered Friday before Christmas and it was delivered a few days before. I got on Instagram and asked how I can get the holiday gift box with my redemption code and the person that help me took care of it personally there was a little snafu with everything coming in the same package but I still got it on time, and it was delivered the day before Christmas Eve. Oops the duffel bag wasn’t in there but do you think that stopped them from getting it under my tree on time.... nope it was left on my porch Christmas Eve morning. Guy Fox went above and beyond and overnighted the duffel bag. I can’t say enough good things about this company shopping local is so important to me. No outsourcing for these guys.
