“Aspen did not disappoint hitting all of the layers of spice and autumn notes. This cologne is a heavy bodied spiced sweet scent leaning more towards the unisex side. It's a 1 spray and walk into it kind of scent. I do agree that it makes for a good room spray as it is strong and does last a long time.”
“Aspen is their best fragrance yet! Too often “fall fragrances” are all spice and sweetness but Aspen also has an earthiness that reminds me of leaves falling off trees in Autumn. It smells like autumn in a bottle and I will be sure to wear it every chance I get!”
“Overall, great presentation with the high-quality leather sleeve and perfect atomizer. The scent is as described, but very earthy at first. Definitely smells like wet leaves or a forest. I don’t detect much vanilla, but perhaps that’s just my nose.
Reminds me a bit of Replica Soul of the Forest, but smoother and less “green”. I would say this fragrance smells niche and will not appeal to everyone, as it does not smell like a traditional perfume. My only complaint is the longevity. For a small, 50 ml bottle, I’d hope it would last longer than an hour. Turns into a skin-scent in 30 or so minutes and requires constant reapplication, which isn’t ideal if you’re not fond of the wet leaves opening. The dry down is more subtle and appealing.
Overall, still a great scent (for me), but I wish it lasted longer.”
