Great set, a pretty good film. I love seeing all the older Hammer films, they may not have been seen in years or do not always get the remastering love and attention.

Overall nice presentation I would of liked more variation between the 3 disk. I can't wait for future special editions.

Amazing! This obscure Hammer film likely needs serious reappraisal -- and has Peter Cushing in it! It hasn't been available in the US for a while, so I'm delighted to get to see it in such a beautiful package.

FINALLY this rarity is available for the first time in the UK (there wasn’t a DVD) and in such an excellent edition. As well as top notch picture/sound quality the array of on-disc extras make this an essential purchase. HAMMER are really making these new releases the ULTIMATE editions to own, a real labour of love that shows a great respect for the studios legacy and its fans.

On the positive side: I was glad to see the full uncut version of the film. I also liked the new 5.1 surround sound track. I realy liked the booklet included in the package. It is full of very interesting information. On the negative side: Some scenes in the 4K restoration were a bit grainy looking. Yet, those same scenes shown in clips during the special feature interviews looked clean. I don't understand why that should be the case. Combining these positives and negtives is why I gave this package an "acceptable" rating.

Excellent boxset giving us the best possible version of a somewhat forgotten late entry in the original hammer arsenal.
