“The garlic flavor is more pronounced than the tasting notes suggest, and that's a good thing. It's a really nice balance of vinegar and garlic and currently one of my favorite sauces. Really good heat on this one without being too overpowering and it meshes well with the flavors.”

“It is a bit confusing - it is made with Spanish ingredients, but not in Spain. I like a saucy consistency over watery, and this has it. Nice tomato base and smoky.”

“The sherry vinegar flavor is clear and very nice, and it has just the right amount of spice. There’s enough kick to know you have a real hot sauce, but not too much to overwhelm the taste.”
