“Very good flavor. It compliments savory foods like sausage and chili, but really you could eat it with most bbq type foods or even eggs. There isn’t much heat, but the flavor is unique enough to stand out on its own.”

“We tried it on several dishes, from brisket to nachos. Everyone who tried it, loved it. A bit too hot for some(whimps). A nice just above medium heat. Can not wait til I make the next corned beef brisket. Get a bottle. Enjoy”

“Spice level is good with jalapeno and habanero combo. Can't taste the sauerkraut due to the overwhelming flavor of green habanero.”

“This is an absolute knock out and probably one of the best hot sauces I've ever had! Perfect blend of heat, vinegar, and notes of the sauerkraut and mustard. Goes Amazingly on eggs!!”
