I'm a homebrewer and love Citra hops, but the finish on this sauce is bitter and unpleasant. The heat level is great. The taste, other than the hops, is good, the serranos come through and I thought the mango would balance the hops, but it's not happening for me.

This sauce has a very unique flavor that I did not care for. I don't know if its the hops or what, but I did not like the flavor.

Very nice sauce with a unique blend of fruit and spices to make an interesting taste.

This was a good sauce, I think the pairings would be nachos, chicken and rice, pulled pork, maybe Dino ribs. I put it on my burger today with cheese and mustard. I am a hophead loved the Citra hops, they are perfect not overwhelming. The heat is not hot, however it does creep later rather right at the beginning. I gave it a Good rating because it is hard for me to hand out 5 stars to any sauces unless it knocks my socks off. I have but not giving 5 stars often. Don't put as a wing sauce not sure that would be good.

It didn't donwell on wings for me. It did go pretty well with ham, cut the saltiness rather well.

It's awesome! Super versatile and will definitely be my go-to sauce for the next couple days before I inevitably consume it all. The serrano peppers really shine, the mango is subtle, and you can definitely get the hops flavor too (which might be strong if you are eating it straight off a spoon but blends in really nicely on food).
