“Don't get me wrong, the sauce is very good! but the bitter part spoils the overall freshness and fragrance of the sauce. It's like when you zest a lemon and you leave some pith because you weren't paying attention...”

“Japanese cuisine is not known for it's spice, but after coming across a sauce that absolutely compliments everything from curry to katsu to broiled fish this might change your mind. Yuzu Heaven is by far my family's favorite sauce. Taku delivers again with a sauce that isn't just heat but is concentrated on flavor first. Another absolute winner from the Habanero Man himself.”

“Honestly, as just a normal hot sauce, I'm not the biggest fan. The yuzu flavor is very strong, so can be a little overbearing as an everyday hot sauce. BUT, make a margarita with just a couple drops of this with shaking, IT IS AMAZING. Easiest spicy yuzu margaritas to impress your friends!”

“I forgot this was a spicy one and ate a lot in one bite and needed to drink a lot of milk but it tastes amazing and the burn is really nice when you eat a normal amount. My husband doesn't usually like the hot sauces with fruit but he really enjoyed this one too.”

“EVERYONE - GET IN HERE! Wow. This is absolutely stunning. Outstanding, complex flavor. Extremely unique. It's somehow exceptionally bright and vibrant, very citrusy, but then gives a nice frontal burn. Highly recommended.”
