“This sauce is tasty but it's pretty damn close to the flavor of normal sriracha, just a little more complex. So it's kind of a waste of money. It's good, but so is normal cheap classic sriracha.”

“As some other people noted; it’s similar to grocery store Sriracha. However I think this flavor is much better. I also like that the bottle has both a squirt top AND isn’t much wider than a typical hot sauce bottle. That said, unlike regular Sriracha, if I load up something with more than a light amount of this sauce, a strong “sweet” note becomes a very dominant flavor. For me, this sauce replaces “regular” Sriracha because I tend to use Sriracha in small amounts on dishes just as a way to add just a hint of flavor; but if you like to load up on ropes of it you might find the flavor is quite different.”

“Less vinegary than Sriracha and thicker, with a less noticeable kick. Still tasty but the taste might get kind of old. I alternate with a hotter sauce to give my stomach a break.”

“Taco Sauce. You've probably had it. Ortega and the like. Maybe those little packets from Taco Bell. This tastes like a quality version of those sauces. A little spice to it. Not too much. You're not going to be chugging margaritas to quench the fire. But there's a little bit there. If you're doing some Tex-Mex cooking, this would make a fine addition.”

“I have to agree with a previous reviewer that, while there is no tomato-based ingredient listed, it tastes very much of sweet tomatoes and garlic. Which is to say it hits you like a very mild sriracha. However, with little heat to offer the flavor got a bit old by the end of the bottle (though it's nice they give you as much as they do).”

“I have yet to eat a pizza without this. It's garlicy, gives a little spice to the pizza , and a little funk. It is my favorite.”
