“This was everyone's favorite sauce of this batch. It's super mild in spiciness, but the cilantro flavor is so fresh and delicious. I would eat this sauce on absolutely everything. A lot of times, I would use a dollop of a different sauce for hotness, and a dab of this for awesome flavor. I don't taste the maple, and the jalapeno is mild, but the cilantro is super strong.”

“I like all Sinai Sauces, this one being second to the Habanero Maple they produce. This is also really really great though. It's a close second.”

“very tasty , its like an upgraded green chutney, had it with fried chicken , with stake with tacos and with fish&chips it paired excellent with all of those meals. the maple is amazing and tastes sweet, I Would totally order more. my whole family liked it, including my wife, so it has to be good for wife approval.”
