It’s…okay. Expected a little more complexity but it mostly just tastes flat and primarily banana—not much else.

I’m so sorry this one threw you for a loop. Sometimes it’s about finding the right foods to pair with the sauce. Just like fine wine, a good pairing will make the sauce shine! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

My favorite hot sauce yet! I just started being able to tolerate spice so this is the perfect starter. Just the right amount of heat and packed with fruit flavor. Favorite dish to pair, chicken and rice.

Love this sauce! Sweet with perfect amount of heat! I make a mixture of this sauce with buffalo and toss wing in it and it is a huge hit!

This hot sauce is an amazing combination of sweet, tropical, and spicy, in a very clean palate cleansing way. I use this hot sauce, which contains scotch bonnet peppers, as a substitute for actual scotch bonnets & fruit in carribbean recipes, especially stews. It has a nice heat but isn't overwhelmingly spicy, very flavor forward.

Mild heat wrapped in luscious layers of sweet and savory notes. We love this on fruit, ice cream, and a whole raft of savory dishes. I particularly love a few tea spoons of this in my tuna salad. A+
