I love this sauce. It has hot sweet taste. I put it on everything. From tacos to scrambled eggs. Even in top ramen. Ha. I bought six sauces and this one will be empty before all the others.

I am not a fan of most "sweet" sauces, but this one tastes like fresh blueberry that just happens to have a kick. It's not overly complicated with additional flavors: just the fruity sweetness and a slight acidity from apple cider vinegar and lemon that brings it to the next level. I had it on my morning pancakes today and it was delicious. I'm going to try ice cream or cheesecake next. Home run.

Used this instead of jelly in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and was superior to jelly. It just adds a lovely kick to it. Would recommend as a late night sweettooth

Tried this one and it is YUMMY! I would describe it as tasting like peppery blueberry jam. It is 100% blueberry and then a nice faint hotness on the back end. I tried it with chicken, and it lost a lot of the heat with chicken. Then I tried it with chips and that is where you can taste the heat. Heatonist rates it at 3/10 for heat and I’d say that’s generous. More like a 2. This would be really tasty with chicken and waffles. Given that it tasted like a peppery blueberry jam, I had to try it with peanut butter. Not gonna lie, I liked it. I would not hesitate to make a peanut butter sandwich and just pour this hot sauce on it. Two thumbs up. Will definitely get more.

Who would have thought that a simple breakfast decision could lead to an extraordinary flavor adventure? Today was the day I stumbled upon this Blueberry Pie Hot Sauce in my first subscription box from The Heatonist, and oh my, it was a delightful surprise! As I reached for my regular syrup to pour over my waffles, a glimmer of blue caught my eye in the fridge. The gorgeous blueberry-hued bottle of hot sauce beckoned me, daring me to try something new. Without hesitation, I swapped my usual syrup for this intriguing creation. The very first taste sent my taste buds into overdrive. Blueberries burst onto the scene, their natural sweetness enveloping my senses with pure joy. But wait, there was something else — a subtle tingle of heat that made me sit up and take notice. The habanero peppers brought a gentle spiciness to the party, balancing the sweetness and giving it a kick that was both unexpected and oh-so-welcome. SINAI GOURMET deserves applause for crafting a true dessert hot sauce that works wonders with sweet treats and savory dishes alike. It's a true balancing act, combining mild heat, luscious blueberry flavor, and a dash of baking spices like vanilla. The result? A flavor profile that captures the magic of a heavenly blueberry pie, all contained within a bottle!
