Flavor is simply a delight. Pineapple, lime, sugar really shines through with a heat level that is very reasonable when your throw 12 or so dabs on a bite layer of burrito. Not overpowering in terms of heat and dissipates within a minute or so. I’m a big fan after this initial use. Thanks for making a wonderful hot sauce!

I'll start this review by saying that I hate pineapples on pizza and if you like pineapples on pizza then you're wrong. That said, this sauce is great on pizza. It's not overly spicy at all so there is no real fear of over doing it but the sauce is light and thin enough that it spreads well while still providing good flavor. 10/10

This sauce has a very sweet first impression. After a few bites it likes to bite back. It goes good on pizza and country styled creole and onion pork ribs.

We just got it today, and my hubby proclaimed it to be his new favorite. It has a sweet taste initial taste with hottie goodness that lingers in the tongue for several moments after you taste it.

Now, I love the flavor of most hot sauces. But let's be honest, when you slather a wing in most, when you take a bite, you mostly just taste the sauce. Chicken's a mild flavor, and the sauces tend to just run straight over it. This sauce doesn't do that. I ate 10 wings' worth and I could say confidently that I tasted the chicken with each bite. I tasted the sauce too, for sure. It's got a sweet flavor and the fruitiness of both the pineapple and the habanero come through. Though, I mean, there's almost no heat. This site's showing 4/10. I'd put it at 1-2. I've had spicier Ginger Ale. That's not meant to be a slight, just an observation. I actually really liked this sauce. It's, by a very wide margin, my favorite from this month's Subscription Box. Heartbeat, once more, knocks it right out of the park for me. Apply to chicken, fish, or pork for a nice additional bit of flavor without trouncing whatever it is you're eating. This would also be amazing on vanilla ice cream.

A sweet beginning and a smoky finish, this sauce is smooth and very robust. The heat, while not enough for the Scoville Size Queens, is enough to register without overpowering the natural taste of the food. This sauce is a perfect addition as a complementary flavor - not as a spicy flavor mask.

I got this in the September Hot Ones subscription box, and while it does offer good flavor, I can't say I'm satisfied with this sauce. On everything I've tried it on thus far, I've barely been able to taste it without DUMPING tons of it on. The flavor isn't strong enough to really make a satisfying wing sauce or addition to eggs or a good brat. With that said, I DO enjoy the flavor and will continue to try it on other things, dumping on as much as necessary. Could use some more heat as it is quite mild.
