“The flavor of mushroom is strong in this sauce and it’s relatively high heat level and mushroom flavor make it not one of my favorites. I’ve tried a few others from this company and love them, so I will still support them in the future. This sauce was just a miss for my flavor pallet. My fiancée likes the sauce especially on a grilled/roasted chicken on the bone, so she will get good use from this sauce.”

“Relatively new to the hot sauce world, but this one has me hooked. Fantastic taste, I fine myself squirting this straight from the bottle into my mouth. I can't get enough of this and Los Calientes. Both are just great.”

“When I first tried this sauce I honestly would've given it a 3 star, but as time passes and I'm slowly grabbing this more and more often. The hint of mushroom seemed off at first but now that I am using this more I wish it was done more often. It is a great addition to several different dishes.”

“Just bought this sauce because I love piri piri and I've loved the two other Heartbeat hotsauces I've tried (jalapeno and habenero). Y'all, it is so damn good. The flavor profile is amazing. It's earthy, with great hints of garlic. So far I've tried it on plain white rice, asian stir fry, and breakfast casserole. It's phenomenal. I even had my non-hot sauce fiend fiance try it and she loved the flavor (although the habanero may have been too much for her). It's not too hot, but the flavor packs a major punch.”

“I received this bottle in my monthly subscription box and really enjoyed the flavor. Tonight I took it with me to Fogo de Chao so I could try it on various meats and found that it pairs really well with lamb, especially the lamb sirloin. I'm a fan of all the Heartbeat sauces so far; keep that tasty streak going!”

“My husband and I received this sauce in our monthly subscription box. This is by far my favorite hot sauce! It is super creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. I put it on my tacos the other night, and it was delicious! This sauce is going to be my taco Tuesday go to from now on. I will definitely be ordering more.”

“I got this sauce as part of my first subscription box. It was, by far, my favorite out of the group. Savory heat that doesn't overpower. It's a middle-of-the-road heat (as advertised), so you won't be getting this one just for the burn. It says it's full of umami, and it doesn't lie. I'd put this on just about anything, but Asian dishes it pairs phenomenally well with. Will be buying another bottle.”
