“I tried this plain in a teaspoon before trying it on any food. The flavor to heat ratio is very good. It’s heavy on vinegar, but you don’t get the strong hit of tanginess from a sauce like Tabasco. It’s well-rounded. I also love how you can see and taste the pure, unfiltered oils from the peppers. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out that Dustin Poirier is a Trump supporter until after I bought this sauce. Anyone who shows even a modicum of respect to Donald Trump is a cretin who hates the United States, and stands against liberty, freedom, and democracy. I choose to not support the products of someone with such views. So unfortunately, even though I really enjoy this sauce, I can’t bring myself to purchase any more Dustin Poirier sauces.”
