“This is by far my favorite hot sauce. It has great flavor and nice heat. Don’t need to use much to capture the intensity of the heat! I will definitely continue to purchase this hot sauce!”

“I love this sauce! There are some foods that traditionally use Tabasco sauce, like oysters, eggs, and Bloody Marys. But for people who want more than the vinegar-forward, thin Tabasco brand. This is a rich, full-bodied sauce, with bit more "punch." This has become a favorite on our table!”

“Same great flavor as the original Poirier’s sauce but this version has a little more heat to make it even better. You can’t go wrong with either one and I haven’t found one thing yet that either sauce doesn’t go great with.”
