“I've ordered 8 different hot sauces from Heatonist now and this one remains my favorite by quite a stretch. Great flavor, great heat. Thick sauce that goes with anything. I'm a little baffled by comments saying it's "overpowering". A common issue I have with other hot sauces is that when applied with other foods you get nothing but the heat (at that point, what does it matter which hot sauce you use?). A great thing about this hot sauce is that you keep that flavor even when applied lightly with other foods.”

“Goes with pretty much anything that a hot sauce could go with. Unfortunately, it's a little overpowering. Quality sauce, just not a favorite of mine.”

“This is habenero at its best; I pick up on a distinctly smoky flavor with this sauce, and a sweetness that complements the main spiciness perfectly. I didn't realize it would be so versatile but it actually goes fantastically with chicken, beef, and fish. I highly recommend cooking your chosen meat with this sauce on a Traeger. It will be sure to impress guests and be a memorable addition to any grill party. It has a definite medium heat but nothing overpowering, making it palatable for most people, in my opinion. Will buy again.”

“From the top, the habanero kick is very apparent and offers a great amount of heat. However, I found the overall flavor of the sauce to be somewhat overbearing, even when used conservatively. Salsa, pizza, tacos... you quickly lose the flavor of your food in favor of the sauce.”

“This hot sauce is great, but there is something about the flavor that overtakes what you are adding it to. The bottle, design, and hotness are perfect. For me, it just adds a flavor that doesn't go well with everything. It is pretty thick (Which is a positive) with a distinct pepper taste. I think this sauce would be best for adding to sauces to combine more flavors and add the heat, but as a stand alone sauce I am not a big fan.”

“As soon as I tried my first sampling of this sauce I was hooked. Amazing taste, great heat and a wonderful consistency. I wish all sauces were this fantastic, seriously try this one out, you'll be impressed. I really should only give it a 4 star though, it was far too small for such a GREAT hot sauce!”
