If you like the classic Jamaican Jerk flavor this is the sauce for you. Perfectly blend the jerk seasoning with some kick that's not over the top but noticable.

Great jerk flavor with a nice scotch bonnet hit. A little sweet. Exactly what I was hoping for

Loved this for chicken items, not much else. Wish I could at it to other things, but maybe I haven’t found the right other things to try it on yet. Delicious on my chicken burger with just enough spice and flavor to upgrade that burger!

I like the idea of this sauce - a jerk marinade with scotch bonnet heat - but unfortunately it fails to deliver on both. I marinated two chicken breasts with this stuff before grilling, and then ended up pouring most of the rest of the bottle over top of them to coat after cooking, and I was surprised at how little heat resulted; I'd give this a 3/10. Given the theme, that wouldn't be a big deal if it were at least a good jerk seasoning, but it really falls flat on flavor when compared to the authentic Jamaican sauce that comes in those iconic jars. They even have a "spicy" version that is hotter than this sauce. Disappointed in this one as a Hot Ones pick and especially at #6.

Yum! Think crunchy egg roll. Think, What would be perfect on this? Answer: Jerk and Scotch Bonnet. This excellent sauce starts with a soft sweet note, quickly follwed by a warm, peppery note, and rounded off with a wonderful medium-high heat. Good heat, but not over-powering. Delicious and a great "number 6" sauce.
