“What tabasco should be. It is very runny like tabasco, also pretty vinegar forward (but not in a harsh way). But the pepper and oak flavor is so beautiful. This is a sauce I will always have on hand. It is THE only tabasco style sauce you should ever uses.”

“This sauce is like a much spicier gourmet Tabasco sauce. Useful in all applications where you would use Tabasco. Pretty spicy at first but I guess I got used to it. This was a number 7 sauce in the line up and I feel like that is good level of spice where you can still drizzle directly on your food rather than cautiously mix in. I like to put it in soups, on canned fish, mixed in pastas. I am not one who thinks these types of sauces work well with Mexican or Asian cuisine. This is one of my favorite purchases from Heatonist due to its versatility and has become a regular purchase.”

“Solid choice. It’s pretty hot, but very tolerable. It’s an agreeable taste with not a ton of flavor, making it perfect for dishes that you are just trying to add some heat into.”

“The spice to heat to flavour ratio is balanced. I find this delicious. The fruity acidic flavours pack a punch. So worth the try.”

“It is as hot as I like but not so to overwhelm the flavor. I mainly use it on BBQ and Chicken Wing”
