“Look many people seemed to be put off by the “cheese” aspect of this sauce and I get it, but there is obviously no cheese or dairy in it. They’re playing off the ingredients and their use in some vegan cheeses. The reason they are used in those foods is they have amazing layers of umami that can hold up to the layers foods like good cheese bring to the table. Scrap the concept of cheese if it worries you out and rename in in your head what it really is… an UMAMI BOMB. They use of the ingredients here bring a layer of umami goodness I’ve never had in a hot sauce before that highlights the pepper, not buries it like so many out there. Don’t judge a bottle by its cover, this hot sauce is amazing.”

“With Queso Sin Queso, the taste of queso is there, but is a bit faint (may be my singed taste buds...lol). It was fun to try, but I probably wouldn't buy it again”
